NTUA to delay utility service disconnections, late, and reconnection fees

NTUA Temporary Policy

We understand the public concern relating to the Coronavirus (COVID19) and know that some customers could face financial challenges because of this public health threat; therefore, we will delay utility service disconnections, late, and reconnection fees. This will remain in effect until further notice. We will notify our customers when the suspension is lifted.

Our employees are working and we have set internal restrictions to ensure a high level of safety/precaution for them so that we can meet our obligation to our customers….. In following the COVID19 health advisories, we strongly encourage our customers to conduct utility business by phone (1-800-528-5011) or the internet (@ www.ntua.com)…. We do monitor our website and will forward your submission to the respective office and you will be contacted….

NTUA is an essential service. We intend to honor our commitment to provide and maintain multi-utility services throughout the region….
